Brown Bear, Brown Bear

My son loves these books, they are colourful and simple. Repetition is a very useful tool and Bill Martin Jr knows it. Eric Carle, well known for the The very Hungry Caterpillar, illustrates them but this time we discover a lot of different animals. Which animal is next?
“Brown Bear, Brown Bear what do you see? I see a red bird looking at me…”.
This is repeated over and over again, so the child knows what to expect on the next page, but won’t necessarily guess the animals, at the end they are very strange but lovely.

I bought a new one from the same collection called Polar Bear, Polar Bear – What do you hear? We didnt read this yet, but I’m sure it will be the new favourite.

You can buy Brown Bear, Brown Bear – What do you see? on Amazon.
